BSCA/SOWAER – Express Parking – Parking P4 – Staff car park

Technical studies concerning the construction and modification of car parks at the Brussels South Charleroi Airport.

The project consists of:

• Development of an Express car park.

This car park is to be developed on the roof of the existing multi-storey car park P1. A separate direct access point should be developed at the current entrance to car park P1 (level 174,000). This access consists of the construction of a road and a ramp enabling level 180,000 to be achieved. This car park should contain +/-800 places.

• Extension of the staff car park

It concerns the extension of the car park situated along rue Santos Dumont beyond the vehicle checkpoint, a parcel of land registered or having been registered at Charleroi 23 Div Gosselies C270e. The car park should contain +/-100 places.

•  New P4 ‘Foot & Fly’ car park

It concerns a new car park developed in close proximity to the airport, with a capacity of 982 hydrocarbon materials. This study has also included technical aspects.
