The project consists of 5 apartment buildings in the centre of the town, each of 3 storeys and one underground level.
The first phase of the project has been already executed, which is the construction of a building of 31 apartment units.
The structure is composed of concrete walls or load bearing masonry walls carrying slabs which are cast on panel-decks.
Isolated footings are used for the foundations.
A transfer slab has been used to carry the load bearing walls above the different layout of the structure in the underground level.
