A logistics centre for the distribution of pharmaceutical products, of 23000m² of which 5000m² are consecrated to offices and laboratories.
The whole project has been executed within 8 month.
Prefabricated concrete elements have been used to increase the construction speed.
Special attention has been paid to the FM global criteria.
Piers have been used for the foundation of the vertical elements while for the slab on grade the natural soil has been reinforces by rigid inclusions.
