Parliament and Post House – Brussels

Construction of the building at the Rue Lombard 69, B-1000 Brussels and the renovation of the post office building. The post office building is a classified building of the 17th century.

This passive house is integrated in the dynamism of sustainable development. It is composed of an internal structure in reinforced concrete, partially prefabricated (hollow core precast slabs, precast beams). The foundations include a raft on the “Brussel’s sand” layer. The structure of the double skin façade is of steel.
