The Maison Losseau site, located in the historic centre of Mons, comprises a section listed as part of Wallonia’s Exceptional Heritage and a building dating from the early 20th century.

The works carried out in the listed section mainly involved the installation of a glass roof over the original building, ensuring its long-term preservation while improving its energy performance.

The building adjoining the listed section underwent extensive works, including the construction of a new volume featuring a walkway and reading area, as well as a change in use of the premises, which are now open to the public and accessible to people with reduced mobility.
