This project consists of a building housing laboratories, teaching facilities and research offices. It is one of the first buildings of this scale to be constructed in Wallonia in accordance with the DNSH (Do No Significant Harm) principles, assessed through the three complementary frameworks: PEB, TOTEM and GRO.
