The project involved the transformation, demolition and reconstruction of several buildings located at Chaussée de Wavre 198 and Rue du Trône 129–131 and 135, B-1050 Brussels.

The project brings together five buildings, forming an inner block between Rue du Trône and Chaussée de Wavre.

Building A: Demolition and reconstruction of a building with a commercial space on the ground floor and four apartments.

Building B: Construction of a new single-family house.

Building C: Major renovation of a building converted into three duplex and triplex apartments.

Building D: Renovation and partial reconstruction of a building with a commercial space on the ground floor and two apartments.

Building E: Demolition and reconstruction of a building with a commercial space on the ground floor, 37 apartments and a two-level car park with 48 parking spaces.
