The project involved the major renovation of an industrial building into a police station. A partial additional floor was planned, requiring the reinforcement of the existing foundations using micropiles, as well as the reinforcement of certain reinforced-concrete columns. A new building, entirely prefabricated in concrete, was also planned to serve as a garage.
