A major milestone in the transformation of Charleroi city centre: the Tirou 1 building is nearing completion and is set to provide 20,000 m² of modern office space and 24 apartments.
This ambitious project, developed by IRET, represents a significant evolution in the urban architecture of the city of Charleroi.
Built within a record-breaking schedule, the building also stands as an example of sustainable development. The engineering studies were carried out by Pirnay and Poly-tech, in collaboration with Jaspers-Eyers Architects, CIT Blaton and BPC.
We can’t wait to see the building welcome its future occupants!
