Description
The project involves the construction of the new Police Headquarters for the Gaume Police Zone in Virton.
Following the acquisition of the Villa Sainte Lucie site in December 2018, the Gaume Police Zone embarked on an ambitious project: to create a modern facility bringing together part of its staff and services within a single building, providing a working environment suited to current requirements in terms of security, employee well-being and citizen reception.
The future Police Headquarters will cover approximately 2,300 m² and will include:
- Offices and meeting rooms
- Interview rooms
- A cell complex
- Changing rooms
- A dojo
- Various technical and functional rooms
The project is scheduled for completion in March 2027.
