As the Osaka World Expo officially closed its doors this Monday, we had the honour of celebrating not only the end of an incredible journey, but also further recognition for our project.
The Belgian Pavilion was awarded a Bronze Medal by the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE) for its remarkable interpretation of the theme “Saving Lives”, recognizing its cohesive design and powerful message.
Despite competing against better-funded projects, this distinction celebrates Belgian creativity, expertise and the dedication of all the teams involved.
We would like to once again thank our partners for this enriching collaboration: BelExpo – Belgian Pavilion, Carre 7, Bureau d’Études PIRNAY SA, Bureau d’Études Poly-tech Engineering SA, S2Engineering, Beyond Limits, One Design.
Thank you to everyone who dreamed, built and brought this project to life. This chapter closes with pride… and a strong desire to write the next one.
