The project involved the construction of a facility comprising 221 nursing home rooms (MRS), fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. Each room has an area of 18 m², excluding sanitary facilities. The project also included the creation of shared multipurpose spaces, a restaurant and a rotunda.

Two dedicated areas were created on the ground floor for residents with cognitive impairments, each providing 14 beds.
