The Saint Roch development in Nivelles is a redevelopment project transforming a former industrial site.

The project involves the construction of a new neighbourhood comprising 17 buildings and 291 residential units. The buildings are located above three private car parks. A two-storey public car park is also planned.

Several retail spaces and a nursery will further enhance the quality of life within the neighbourhood.

As an extension of the project, a public car park and an office building for public services are also planned.
