The commission covers all stages of the project, from preliminary design through to final handover, for the development of a residential care home accommodating 68 residents in 65 rooms, located on the Bloemenlaan site in 8460 Oudenburg, Belgium.

The project includes the comprehensive development of the outdoor areas, including access roads, the required parking facilities — some of which are located underground —, landscaping and terraces. It also provides for all facilities and equipment required by applicable regulations to accommodate the 68 residents, as well as dedicated staff areas and all technical rooms necessary for the proper operation of the facility.
