Description
The Montoyer 10 building was demolished and reconstructed to accommodate new office spaces. The project covers an area of 6,200 m², spread over a ground floor and seven upper floors, with floor plates of 843 m².
The structural design of the seven floors, mainly built using glued laminated timber (glulam) and cross-laminated timber (CLT), reflects the team’s commitment to creating a sustainable and environmentally responsible project.
